We service Brookings [Mon Wed Fri 7-10am] including the city limits, up the North Bank Chetco River Rd to Ferry Creek Heights Rd, and up Hwy 101 N to Rainbow Rock Condos (excluding Carpenterville).

We service the Harbor side [Tues Thurs Sat 7-10 am] including all of Harbor city limits, up the South Bank Chetco River Rd to Salmonberry Rd, and down Hwy 101 S to Camelia Dr.

If you are outside these areas, please call us, and we will see if we can add you in the future or for an increased deliery rate.

If we find you book for the incorrect pick-up day for your location, we will move the pickup day to your correct route day based on location and text to inform you of the change.

If you are scheduled for a holiday we are closed, then we will move your pickup date to the next available date for your location.

If you book and you are outside the area, we will cancel your pickup.

Feel free to use our drop off/pickup location for laundry service.

Please let us know your location too, so we can add it to future routes.

Rain does not matter so much with water resistant bags like trash bags or our plastic bags.

In addition, we charge based on dry weight after laundering process if the clothes are wet.
