We do not launder anything made from leather, suede, or microfiber. We also do not do letterman jackets, dog beds, or anything that might be considered hazardous.
It takes us about 3 days for wash and fold services, however there are same day and next day rush options for an extra charge.
Dry cleaning orders take around 2-3 weeks and are completed by the order in which they are received. If you need more urgent service, we have a rush option for extra charge to process your items quicker.
We have and maintain a standard operating procedure which involves the inspection of machines between customers along with spray & wipe downs in between orders. We take machines out of service if issues arise and maintain a proactive maintenance schedule for our machines.
